The MyFinancial app is John Deere Financial’s official mobile platform designed for customers across the UK, Spain, Germany, and more. Built for ease and accessibility, it allows users to manage their financing accounts anytime, anywhere.

Who Is It For?

This app is ideal for John Deere equipment owners or finance customers who want to monitor and manage their accounts on the go. It supports multiple account types including Installment Loans, Leases, and Revolving Plans. Please note, AutoPay is not currently available for PowerPlan™ or Multi-Use Accounts.

Key Features

Account Overview

Users can easily view both active and closed accounts from a single screen. The Summary of Accounts feature provides clear insights into recent transactions, balances, credit limits, and loan terms.

Make Payments or Set Up AutoPay

The app enables customers to make payments using a debit card or bank account. Payment scheduling is flexible—users can select the date and amount. Eligible accounts can also be enrolled in AutoPay for greater convenience and peace of mind.

View and Download Statements

Monthly account statements are available within the app for up to 18 months. Users can view them digitally or download PDF copies for their records.

Alerts and Profile Management

To help users stay on top of due dates, payment alerts can be activated directly within the app. The app also allows for easy profile updates, including contact information and security settings like multi-factor authentication.

Security and Privacy

The MyFinancial app prioritizes user data protection. It uses multi-factor authentication, strong encryption, and adheres to regional privacy regulations to ensure customer information is kept secure and confidential.

How to Get Started

Registering

1. Download the MyFinancial app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap “Create a new MyJohnDeere account” and enter your details.
3. Verify your email using a secure code.
4. Set your password and enable multi-factor authentication.
5. Link your John Deere Financial account using your account number, postal code, and the last four digits of your Tax ID or Social Security number.
6. Accept the terms and log in to begin using the app.

Signing In

Once registered:

1. Enter your username and password.
2. Choose “Sign In and Send Code” to receive a verification code by email.
3. Enter the code to complete the login process.
