Charlies Ag & Turf to Expand John Deere Territory

Charlies Ag & Turf is set to expand its John Deere sales and service territory across Mid Wales, building on its continued growth and commitment to supporting local farmers and agricultural businesses.

Following the retirement of Smithfield Tractors’ John Deere franchise on 31 October, Charlies Ag & Turf will expand their respective areas of responsibility to ensure continued support for Smithfield’s existing John Deere customers.

Based at Coed Y Dinas, just outside Welshpool, Charlies Ag & Turf has continued to develop it’s agricultural offering since taking on the full John Deere agricultural franchise in November 2022. The expansion marks another important step in the dealership’s growth, strengthening its presence across Mid Wales and the surrounding area.

Charlies Ag & Turf will build on its existing sales, service and parts operations, providing customers with access to John Deere machinery, technical expertise and ongoing aftersales support. With a dedicated team of agricultural sales representatives, experienced technicians and parts specialists, the business is well placed to support both existing and new customers throughout its expanded territory.

The dealership understands the demands of farming across Mid Wales, from family-run farms to larger agricultural businesses, and recognises the importance of reliable machinery, practical advice and dependable backup.
